    We are proud to serve the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area. This includes cities such as Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Anna, Irving, Arlington, Garland, Grapevine, Mesquite, Mansfield, Carrollton, Richardson, The Colony, Lewisville, and Fort Worth. If your city is not listed, please contact us, and we may be able to accommodate your request.
  • What should I do if I have a complaint or concern?
    If you have a complaint or concern, please contact our customer service team immediately. You can reach us by calling our main number, chatting through our chatbox, using the contact methods on our website, or contacting your direct account manager. We aim to provide white-glove service and take all feedback seriously, working promptly to resolve any issues.
  • What are your operating hours?
    Our operating hours are between 8 PM and 11 PM, five nights per week, from Sunday to Thursday. We aim to provide services during hours that are most convenient for our clients. If you have specific timing requests, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • How can I sign up for your services?
    Signing up for our services is easy. You can visit our website and fill out the registration form, or you can contact our customer service team by phone or email. Our team will guide you through the sign-up process and answer any questions you may have.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including online payments, checks, and direct bank transfers. Our goal is to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our clients.
  • Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
    We offer flexible service agreements to meet your needs. You can choose from 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, or custom terms.

  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • What happens if a collection day is missed?
    If you miss a collection day, please contact our customer service team. We can arrange a special pickup for an additional fee, ensuring that your waste is collected as soon as possible.
